Rude employee in pizza section . Never in my life meet such a bad aditude! We walked in on 2/16 /2025 at 3.15 pm . Pizza place had no orders ( because we end up sitting there and watching for 45 min total ) they expedite I order of pizza to go ,manager can check the time line and dates . So anyway they had only cheese pizza 2 slices , two empty racks and only chicken and veggie pizza and pepperoni pizza, so I ask in normal way how long before there will be mix veggie pizza that I'll wait in case there busy, knowing they have to expedite some veggie related pizza soon since there is almost no pizza. The " butch looking girl with semi blond hair " said - there is veggie pizza with aditude and pointed the chicken and veggies ,I said no look there is a meat , she said : there is no meat .... I am like, please look there is a meat ,her coworker ( curly hair boy ) said that is meat pizza ,so she snuffed and said we have cheese pizza that is vegetarian option ....and she started making another peperoni ( it wasn't needed ,and no it was not order at that time ... so ibsaid I'll wait and just we waited for 15 min....then my boyfriend grabbed two slices times at 3.30 pm and said he won't wait anymore....so I got no pizza and I said to the now two girls I'll still wait for veggie pizza no rush .... the butchy girl started whispering something to the Asian employeee sorry i got no names I was kinda upset in this point . We waited another 30 min ,sitting and I end up making picture 30 min later when we were walking out of there to show there purposely didn't make any veggie pizza in total of 45 min 😢 just to be despiteful to make point . To me its unacceptable ... the name of employee started with S ..but I could point her out ... she made me feel like I'll never come there again and we live 2 min of walking distance... they should be really warned because this aditu turns customers away . I include picture of recite when my boyfriend ended up purchasing pizza after 15 min waiting And where we were walking away ( picture of pizzas that were done) i can show when the picture was taken ( file has time and dates when you click on picture ) I hope manager will see this and just simply have talk with the employees to find out who was working at pizza section at 3.30 pm I'm really bummed because I feel like I can not go there anymore because I'll be treated like this . 😔
I'm constantly on the move, always looking for the perfect balance between work, nutrition, and atmosphere. Let me tell you, Whole Foods? It nails it every single time. Now, here's the deal. Every Whole Foods has its vibe, and this location is a notch above the rest. It's not just a store, but a destination. It has a large, open dining area that is absolutely perfect for digging into a scrumptious lunch while hammering out some work. Talk about multitasking! But let's get to the food because, oh boy, it's delightful. Fresh prepared food bars and a pizza station that whips up a mean bbq chicken pizza. The kicker? You can pair it with a craft beer, right from the pizza counter. Yes, you heard me. Craft. Beer. Have a sweet tooth? You won't be disappointed. The bakery churns out some amazing treats. I can't resist snagging a cookie, or let's be real, two, from the bulk cookie bar. You can't say no to cookies, right? When it comes to variety, the meat counter is impressive. Fresh smoked meats, BBQ meats, you name it, they've got it. The seafood counter doesn't disappoint either. I mean, this is the full package. And hey, in this digital age, Whole Foods' Amazon return policy is a game-changer. No box needed for your returns; they just scan the QR code and pack it into a box for you. Simple, smooth, and hassle-free. Bottom line? Fantastic store, excellent staff, fresh food, and a great location. Whole Foods Market in Huntington Beach is an experience you don't want to miss. Remember, eat better, work better, live better.
Love the fresh juices here but every time I come it’s closed. Either a break sign up or this sign today that they’re only open on the weekends? Really disappointing coming from a large chain like Whole Foods.
I love this location! Ample seating for studying and eating. AC is cool. Lots of options for lunch at their self serve or burrito bar. Higher prices than other grocers, but you pay for quality.
I come here often, and have rarely had a friendly or courteous experience with staff members. There is a very weird "I hate my life" unfriendly vibe here. For my recent New Years party, I went to the deli counter to order food, the young girl helping me was rather short and dry. It was like pulling teeth to get her to lighten up, as I was asking advice about what to get for my party. I ended up asking another customer for tips on what to order. I then made my way over to the pastries to order dessert. Let me tell you, the young long-haired brunette gal who helped me out there made the deli girl look like a Saint! This one had an even more terrible attitude. I was trying to be friendly with her and ask advice on what I should get for my party, she had a resting B-face the whole time, no matter how friendly and upbeat I was, she was not having it. I ended up getting about 30 pieces of the mini desserts and got the heck out of there. She clearly hates her job and interacting with customers. They should put her in the warehouse unloading boxes or something instead. Despite her bitter attiitude, the desserts were amazing though! I will say, the night before, I stopped by to check out desserts about 30 min before closing and the middle-aged lady that helped me was extremely nice, helpful and suggested that I come back the next day to order fresh for my party on NYE, which I did. When I went to the front to pay for over $20] worth of food, the cashier and the young African American gal were chit chatting like I wasn't even there. No hi, hello, nada! As I was grabbing my items to leave, I said Happy New Year to the young girl bagging, she literally ignored me and didn't say a word back. Wow! Something is very wrong with the culture here. Everyone needs to go back to customer service training for real! I'm simply not going to continue to spending my money where customers are treated so poorly and made to feel like crap by staff. I'd much rather shop at Sprouts or Trader Joe's where staff is always courteous. Wholefoods needs to stop hiring these entitled, lazy woke millennial kids. That crap don't fly in HB.
