I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office and would not recommend it if you value efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism. First, I’ve never been to a dentist office that did not provide disposable toothbrushes for guests. I like to brush before and after my cleaning. When I asked, they said they had Listerine available but no cups, which was odd and inconvenient. The appointment itself felt extremely inefficient. They spent over 30 minutes taking X-rays and scans, which honestly felt like stalling, while the actual cleaning lasted maybe 9 minutes. I was charged: $59 for the exam $100 for the cleaning Instead of focusing on the cleaning I came in for, the dentist kept repeatedly pushing braces and a deep cleaning consultation even after I explained I simply wanted a standard cleaning and will schedule for a later time. It felt more like a sales pitch than patient care, which makes many of the positive reviews feel misleading. What concerned me most was the condition of the office. It appeared dirty and unsanitary, with equipment and supplies left open and exposed. That alone made me uncomfortable about the level of hygiene and sterilization standards being followed. Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, efficiency, or patient-centered care.
I want to share my wonderful experience at My Dentist in Westminster. The staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable;Stephanie the office manager is awesome and very helpful. I was always unusually very uncomfortable going to the dentist until I finally find My Dentist in Westminster. Dr.Jung did a miracle with my teeth,including my implants procedure. He is the most amazing and gentle Dr. very professional and I call him my Super Hero! I highly recommend My Dentist office in Westminster.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
With a wonderful privilege of finding this location I've been going for 5 years loyally to MY DENTIST, with recommendations of updating my teeth, I've been able to walk out the door every time and go get something to comfortably eat therefore after smiling permanently. It is gift to know this Dentist. With my regular cleanings I've been able to maintain a length of no cavities, a very clean environment with a very friendly staff makes the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this location. 👌 one of my favorite parts of the visit is how genuinely gentle the dentist is with me and shows care to me and for me and my dental health.
Come see My Dentist for any dental need. They are up-to-date on tools, equipment, and industry knowledge. I’m always seen quickly, booked quickly, and treated with care. This team took care of 3 cavities immediately that my prior dentist was “watching” for almost 2 years. The camera images showed how much decay had happened and was missed from the previous passive “watching”. Please do yourself a favor and book an appointment.
