I love this office! I trust them and they are kind, good people. I've been going for years. It took me several other dentists to find a gem like this where I know I'm in good hands. I will always miss Dr. Morcos, but so far feel Dr. Long shares the same spirit of wisdom and patient centered care.
I had just changed my dental insurance, and was looking for a new dentist that would be in my network. I am so incredibly happy I chose and found Dr. Wilson's practice. On the day of my appointment, Angeline and Tamarah greeted me and was very welcoming. To say that I felt well taken care of is an understatement. The dental assistant, was so incredibly warm and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable while taking my x-rays and getting me ready for my exam. Once my X-rays were done, Dr. Wilson took the time to extensively explain the health of my teeth, my x-rays and what work needed to be done in the future. He was so patient with the questions I had and was so thorough throughout my exam and the procedure I had done. His hygienist, Kevin, did a wonderful job on my cleaning and made it a very pleasant experience. Dr. Wilson and Kevin work so well as a team and I can't imagine being seen by anyone else for my dental care. They truly make sure you're at ease and make things as comfortable as possible for you. I had two fillings that needed to be done and it was the most gentle, literally painless experience I have ever had at the dentist. I truly can't recommend Dr. Wilson and his practice enough, especially if you are looking for a new dentist! Thank you again Dr. Wilson, Kevin, Tamarah and Angeline! You guys are wonderful! You make patients like me look forward to going to the dentist, which honestly, I didn't think was possible :)!
I had a big procedure done and I was treated professionally and with care. Tamara the office manager is the face of kindness and she always makes sure your visit is efficient and that you are well taken care of. Dr. Wright is very efficient and I am glad he is a part of the dental team when you need more serious work done.
From my initial phone call to scheduling my appointment to getting into the office all in just a day. The ladies at the front desk are so very kind, they greet you by name. I was amazed and love the customer service. Dr Wilson, wow he made me feel at ease. His work is gentle and he explains everything. You can tell he loves to help people. I would highly recommend Westminster Dental Plaza.
