The customer service is amazing. I was looking to add the third into my arsenal. The first time meeting with their team they provided guidance, assistance on how to bowl more consistently, and they ultimately provided deep insights. I added a third bowling to my arsenal with the assistance. They are truly subject matter experts (SMEs). Jonathan Caballeros is an amazing employee. I went from shooting between 125-150 to shooting 200+ with their form observation.
My first time going here because my girlfriend got me a gift card. I spent a lot of time in the shop talking with the guys there and I got a new ball, shoes, bag and they drilled the holes for me in the new ball while I was still there! They were super nice and even gave me tips on how to throw a proper hook since I was never taught the correct way. I’ve been using my new ball for a couple weeks now and I’m so stoked on it! If I ever need any more bowling gear, this is where I’ll be coming back to. Thank you!
Johnathan the main tech knows his stuff & is easy to talk to. Good selection of in stock balls & can get current equipment fast if it needs to be ordered. Good driller as well. Highly recommend
I’ve been bowling for many years but only recently have decided to take it seriously. Everyone at the shop has been very nice, but I want to call out John specifically for his excellent customer service and knowledge. He’s stellar and is a credit to the shop.
If I could give him a higher rating I would. I just got my first bowling ball and the time they took to make sure I was getting exactly what I desired and what I could actually need to reach my goals. It was exceptional and I really felt taking care of. The prices are so reasonable.
