Terrible experience! We paid for 3 crowns and during the last crown they told us we needed to do a deep root canal before the final crown can be put on and they don't do it onsite so now have to refer me elsewhere. That's another 1,000 out of pocket cost! I feel they should have told this all upfront or at least mention a possible root canal maybe needed but won't know till they get in there and let us decide what route to take now we are stuck and having to pay an additional 1k. Very frustrating not having confidence in their company doing business and not to mention they will not issue a refund on the last crown! So we are stuck with a temporary crown and nothing can be done till we pay the extra 1k! Just horrible horrible experience. I don't recommend anyone to come here or at least be wary of extra cost when you sign a contract and possible extra work to then get assigned to go to a specialist at a different location! Frustrated customer

The lady that usually does my cleaning every three months wasn’t there they said that she had a flat tire. My appointment was at 9:30. They didn’t get to me till 1015. No apologies no nothing. The person that did my cleaning did it in a hurry they were not ready for me. They ran out of water. So they had to stop the procedure fill up the water and start again when they finished I asked you guys are not gonna polish my teeth today. She says we don’t usually polish teeth with cleaning. I said well every time I come here I get my teeth polished she said OK well polish your teeth she proceeded to polish my teeth for about two minutes. Other than this experience, every other procedure at Western Dental has been awesome.

I'm going to look for a new dentist. This place wants to take X-rays every time you visit and that's extra radiation that your body does not need. X-rays do not need to be taken more than once a year. Boo

I had an appointment at 11:00, but I didn't get called in until 12:20, even though there were many people who came in after me. I waited another 30 minutes just to take a x.ray When I asked why it took so long, they said, "We're short-staffed today." If they knew they were short-staffed, why didn't they reschedule for another day? Then they told me I had to wait another hour because it was lunchtime.It’s just for consultant only not any treatment yet .It was truly a terrible experience at Western Dental; despite being a large organization, their time management was really poor, and the staff was very slow.
