I’ve been coming here for years. After Covid prices went up. However, I still enjoy coming. I personally haven’t had a negative experience or been pressured to tip more. I’ll tip based on the service I received. Sometimes it’s $10 sometimes it’s $15. The people at the front have been welcoming and nice to me. I’ve brought family and friends here and they’ve also enjoyed it. I do miss when they would soak our feet in hot water and give us tea before the massages.

I went with my friend to get a good massage but they have a very bad service. Payed before the massage and they beg for tip before we leave, even though we didn’t like the massage at all

I was really disappointed. Had a fine massage, but the tip part. u are forced to leave a tip. I was about to give 10 dollars tip but after lady on reception, a minimum tip is 15

It was $53/hr per person ($3 pp if paying with card) for deep tissue I believe. The lady that did my massage has arms of steel because I felt like my entire musculoskeletal system was being rearranged for an hour straight. I should have spoken up and asked for her to be more gentle but sheeeeesh, I did not expect that at all. Was sore the day after as expected but man these people here have arms of steel.

Very disappointed in todays massage. September 1. Lady seriously does not care about anything. Did a couples massage at 1:30pm and one of the lady’s showed up late and was very unprofessional on her phone texting while giving me a massage. The blanket on my back was Not neat and folded and just thrown on my back, when she went to massage my legs she threw half of the blanket on my back not folded. When she told me to turn over nothing to cover my eyes so I had the light blinding me and I was Not relaxed. Next, she dug her big thumbs into my shoulders to cause a bunch of pain I have right now. Maybe other people will know who she is cause she also put her knuckles into your feet. I should have got her name, we tried to call to get her name but they played dumb. There’s a lot of good massage therapist here, but that lady is on a different level of not caring.
