I love this branch and honestly we connect over the phone more often than in person. Sandra is great very pleasant . Shavonna Cash is the bomb! Even is she is busy , she gets stuff handled. Last if you need to go to another branch , possible Wedtclifff in Newport Beach, Hainey Gringoss is your man! Love my bank!
I didn't had an appointment and Sandra Evans was my Teller she was great. Helping me out on my account. Unfortunately I couldn't get a banker to look into my account in depth due to people call in sick. Overall Sandra was wonderful, high recommended
This branch has rejected a checking account promo bonus with easily debunked excuses and refuses to respond to emails and phone calls. I have been given the run-around and advised they just need approval from the branch manager, but the branch manager is not available for weeks. Various excuses, such as, "in a meeting" or "out sick" or "I just don't know where the manager is" for weeks. Sometimes just left on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected. It's an obvious delay tactic to try to avoid honoring their heavily advertised sign-up bonus. I have escalated with the US Bank corporate call center with weekly calls for over 6 weeks as this branch just ignores attempts to communicate. I have been very patient, but after another week with no resolution I will close all my accounts with US Bank and file a complaint with the Federal Reserve.
My very first time at a U.S. Bank and I left as a new customer. Rebecca/Becca is super sweet.. fast, efficient, knowledgeable and super courteous... you can tell she genuinely cares about customers.. I used to bank at Bank of America and never ever felt as good as I did walking out of U.S Bank. Thanks Becca you're awesome!
