My Dad asked me to post this so other people can be warned- On 12/31/2024 a repairman from TRIFECTA Heating & AC came to my residence as my furnace stopped working on 12/27/2024. The repairman was able to get the furnace working in about 20 minutes. The repairman told me the furnace needed to be replaced and he gave me 2 quotes, one for $5,065 and the other for $7,217. The repairman told me, if I would agree to accept one of the quotes now he would leave my furnace working, if I would not agree he would not leave my furnace working. When I would not agree he told me, you have lots of money, you should spend it now. I told the repair man no again. He then asked me what TRIFECTA told me the travel cost was. I told him $70 or $80. I ask him if he took credit cards and he said no. I gave him $100 bill. He said he did not have change. He left and my furnace does not work. My name is John Taylor, am 89 Years old.
Second time using Trifecta and while I was very happy before, the service today was even better. Mauro, our service technician was on time, took his time and did a very thorough job of servicing both our heater and AC unit. He even took the time to write down the full model number and year of each unit, which I had no idea of since they were installed by our home's prior owner. He even cleaned the area around the heater and was incredibly clean, wearing foot protection whenever inside our home. Could not have been any happier.
Excellent Customer Service and service technicians are skilled in addressing issues. They represent their company well.
Once again I need to comment on the excellent service Trifecta provided. Our furnace stopped working in this cold snap. The two technicians John and Shawn came out and took a look at our problem. We were fearing the worse but it turned to be no more than a loose wire. Not only did they reconnect it but showed us how to fix it if it ever happened again. We were not happy about having a repair issue but totally happy with the outcome and the respect we were shown. If you need to call for repairs we highly recommend this company.
