So we got a deal on Groupon for flight lessons with a licensed pilot and went ahead and booked. We did not regret it, you get to fly over LA and see all of the sights, then you fly over the ocean and the whole time you feel the exhilaration of being in the air and they let you take over for a little while too! Well worth it.
This review is about the exhibit in front of the aviation building. The exhibit includes a USAF jet. My Child had fun for about five minutes. The grassy areas and the big trees provide a nice picnic like area.
I have flown into Zamperini field this week. Sucks that now they charge a landing fee. Unfortunately i will avoid going there due to that. Other than that it’s a nice airport, good transient parking and access, no restaurants on the field or very close to it. The tower staff are super nice. Thanks guys.
It was a nice place to go, i did a aerobatic thrill ride and scared the holy hell out of me!!! Reza was the Piolet that gave me a amazing spin in the awesome plane! He did some amazing flips, spins and free fall! I love it!...but at the same time i was scared for my life!
