Today I came to Home Depot to get some wood pieces to fix my parents’ bed. My sincere thanks to Eli who had gone all the way to help select wood and cut them for me. I was able to fix the bed and my elderly parents are very satisfied with the result. Eli’s support and dedication to his customer are greatly appreciated. Eli is awesome!

Gerardo, male associate, was incredibly unprofessional and rude when I attempt to return my items. I have made several purchases from Home Depot in motor location and I even showed him the policies but he refuses to read it and when I asked his name, he said right here and quickly look away and did not communicate with me properly. This is not what I expect from Home Depot and he should not be working there if he cannot perform basic communication and interpersonal skill as a sale or return associate.
I had an unpleasant experience with cashier Patty at Home Depot recently. She was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in assisting me. I noticed that she was short and dismissive, barely making eye contact while scanning my items. When I asked a simple question about a product, her response was curt and lacked any helpful details. It was disappointing, especially since I've always had positive interactions at Home Depot before. Customer service is key, and Patty's behavior really soured my visit. Hopefully, this is an isolated incident.
This Home Depot is better than others I have been to and I have been to a lot stores from Sunset Blvd Store in Hollywood, to South Central Locations , to the Frogtown by Dodger Stadium, and many other locations in Long Beach, Irvine and the rest of Orange County. The customer service here is beyond good and you're not searching around for help, Home Depot has something for everyone whether you're a contractor, DIY'er or Maker. Everything is here that you need from tools, supplies, equipment, paint, wood and more. Fairly priced, good availability and they have a good return policy.
