Alex, the plumber who serviced my water heater, demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire visit. He was clean, careful, and respectful of my home and business. I was particularly impressed with how he took the time to properly instruct his helper and ensured all work was completed correctly by double-checking each step. A huge thank you to Alex G and Mario P. They did a fantastic job replacing my downstairs toilet. They arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment time. They were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up the debris and left my bathroom in great condition. I've used The Family Plumbers for numerous jobs and have always been pleased with the work performance of the service technicians that come to my home.
Dominic did an excellent job with the faucet installation. It took him about 2.5 hours and he need to widen the openings for the control knob and trim some of the cabinet wood to install the baseplate for the spout. It went well. Price was reasonable but on the higher side. For a point of reference, they installed a faucet in a garage sink in 2021 for $300.
