Jen, Josh, and Charley were awesome. Jen was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating over the phone. She sent Josh out right away to assess the situation given that I couldn’t locate the capacity of my 30 year old water heater to determine replacement size. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining what needed to be done, and I felt very comfortable and confident that they would do a great job. The estimate he gave me was very reasonable. Charley arrived in a very timely manner and the work was completed in the timeframe given. His work was impeccably clean and very professionally done. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating and highly recommend their services.

Our two-decade old tankless hot water heater recently died so we gave The Family Plumber a call. Having worked with them for the past decade, we knew we would be in good hands. Jen is always friendly, professional, and responsive. Sal and Andrew worked tirelessly and professionally to ensure that our new tankless water heater and Halo water system works flawlessly. The value is outstanding. I highly recommend!

Can’t express our gratitude to Josh for finding replacement bathroom sinks for our master bathroom and guest bathrooms. The original sinks were 50 years old and worn out ( eye sores). The new sinks are beautiful and a joy to look at. Andrew worked so hard installing both sinks that required cutting the counter tops, a new toilet and a positemp valve in our master bath shower. Took 2 1/2 days to complete, all clean and professionally done . We have had our kitchen sink replaced, double sinks in our middle bathrooms, water heater and other small jobs done by them over our 25 years in La Palma. Would not trust any other company. The Family Plumber is the Best♥️

My toilet started making noise and tried fixing it myself by watching videos online. Dumb move! Had no clue what I was doing and probably made it worse. My friend used the Family Plumber in the past and highly recommended so I gave them a call. I spoke to Jen and she made me feel at ease like I wasn't trying to get up sold or overcharged and ended up sending someone out the next day. Josh was the technician that came out and was able to identify the problem and fix it within 30 minutes! I cannot thank The Family Plumber enough and will continue to use them in the future and recommend to anyone that asks!
