Honestly, this place is really nice to call home but definitely not long-term. The rent is outrageous for what you get. Says gated, but the gate is always open. Neighbors are too loud, The water is always being shut off for some random reason. Every apartment has its quirks it just kind of seems like this place has a lot more than usual
I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. I lived at this property for several years, including through the COVID pandemic, and what I experienced was a combination of severe habitability issues, poor management, and financial chaos that ultimately damaged my credit and peace of mind. There was a persistent roach infestation that was never truly resolved. Despite repeated complaints, treatments were ineffective, inconsistent, and placed the burden on the tenant rather than management. The infestation impacted daily life to the point where cooking, storing food, and feeling safe in the unit became impossible. Living conditions steadily declined instead of improving. Management turnover was constant, communication was inconsistent, and accountability was nonexistent. Serious issues were met with delays, deflection, or silence. During and after the pandemic, accounting errors related to rent relief were mishandled, and instead of correcting their internal mistakes transparently, I was pressured to pay balances I did not create. The lack of clarity, shifting explanations, and refusal to provide a complete file left me cornered and overwhelmed. What makes this especially devastating is how easily credit damage can occur in the United States. When management errors are pushed onto tenants, the consequences that come with that. Credit is everything here, and watching it be threatened over issues that were not my fault was incredibly distressing. I eventually had no choice but to leave. Once I moved into a properly managed, pest-free home, my life stabilized immediately — no infestations, no chaos. The contrast made it clear that what I endured here was not normal and not acceptable. Prospective tenants should be extremely cautious. Document everything, demand transparency in writing, and understand that unresolved management mistakes can follow you long after your tenancy ends.
I have lived here a long time and normally I would have given a much higher rating but their office manager Carla for some reason isn't communicating with people and then when you call her on it try to blame other people and sit there and apologize for it being inconvenient it was passed inconvenient and don't blame other people you're the office manager if you don't want to do the job tell the company and let them put in somebody else who will. in the year of 2026 there's no excuse for not communicating with people on what's going on besides phoning there's texting there's emailing and your office you can walk over to the person's apartment there's lots you could have done so bother property is nice and maintenance is good Carla not so much
Daniel has made it living here much nicer. . Carla is always is really to jump to fix any problem. the place is always being upkept as well as being cleaned .Ricky seems to be able to fix everything. Thx very much !!!
Bathroom ceiling exhaust fan was fixed by Ricky in maintenance department. Any issues I have are always resolved promptly.
