I want to highlight what a nice place it has become to live here because of the staff that takes care of the complex and facilities. Ricky the maintenance guy here does an amazing job keeping up the facility. He's fixed various issues for me the previous maintenance guy (from old management) ignored e.g. messed up closet doors, warped sink, broken lighting fixtures, inverted patio door. He's super polite and respectful of tenants time and privacy. Guadalupe the cleaning lady they hired here is amazing too. She leaves the shared spaces here spotless for everyone. She's cleaned up after people at the grill, she regularly cleans the laundry room. She's fantastic.

I just turn in my keys to Carla the manager and her team. I have leaved at Edwards Apartment for little over 2 years and have to said they are the best, whole management team and maintenance team were best to worked with. When I need of something done there response will on point and quick. All of them are so nice and easy to work with I was actually sad to leave. Thank you so much everyone

Tell your residents NOT to park next door or in the neighborhood. It’s not our fault that you guys have no parking and you charge $100 for extra parking. It’s called being a good neighbor. Why should those living in the surrounding neighborhood have to lose parking in front of our own homes, because you have no parking. Fix it!!

2.5 year update: I have lived here for 2.5 years. I moved in, in 2021 when it was extremely difficult to find a place to move. AMC had already taken over. After the first year, they immediately raised my rent 10%. I have lived in multiple places over Southern California and never had any negative problems with the complex or neighbors. I had to move due to work. My downstairs neighbors have made my life a living hell to the point that I had to put a letter of intent on their door to file harassment charges. Since I did that they have stopped harassing me. I reached out to management multiple times about the harassing behaviors of the downstairs neighbor, with no help. This is also supposed to be a smoke free apartment complex. Many people smoke weed and cigarettes freely in the community. No hate if you do, but I purposely moved in here because I don't want my home to smell like that and I don't want to breathe it in. The office has made it very clear that if someone is actively smoking in the complex that all they will do is post a letter on their door as a warning. One of the amenities that they offer is a gym, but you can't even go there and use the equipment because a resident has created his own training business in the community gym. He brings anywhere from one to three people to train at a time in the gym who are not residents. So when actual residents who are paying for this amenity go to use it, all of the equipment is being used. He also stores all of his own personal gym equipment in the community gym and gets mad if you move it or touch it although it is not in a locked area nor is it labeled so I don't know whether I am touching his equipment or the community equipment. There are brand new double pane windows that leak every single time it rains so I know there has got to be a mold problem. The entire complex is also infested with termites… Not a few I mean an infestation. Your cars are not safe from break-ins. There are homeless encampments across the street. I am still here because of my lease, and because I need to save to move, but at least it looks like rental prices are coming down a bit. The office staff do nothing about any complaints so I don't even complain to them because it just gets old. The only person who does their job and is kind and reliable is Ricky the maintenance man. Huge warning due not move here!!!!!!!

A beautiful and quiet community. Friendly neighbors and reasonably priced. Lots of places within walking distance. Great management team as well!
