We want to share our heartfelt gratitude for Team Tackney, who made our first home-buying experience truly amazing. They were kind, understanding, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. It took us six offers, but we finally found our dream home, and we couldn't be happier! A special shout-out to Titus, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. His exceptional negotiation skills and calm demeanor were invaluable. He shared his knowledge about the home-buying process and gave us insightful advice on what to look for in a new home. We can't thank him enough! The entire team was fantastic, and each member played a crucial role. We're especially grateful for Jeff's help with the complicated paperwork and Pearla's outstanding administrative and notary support. Although we faced challenges with the escrow company chosen by the buyers, Team Tackney was there for us every step of the way. They kept us grounded and made sure everything was resolved in time for closing. Thank you, Team Tackney, for making our first home-buying experience a memorable one!

Definitely 5 stars. Titus was an amazing agent, super diligent and thorough. The whole team at Team Tackney was super helpful throughout the process but Titus Davis was excellent, friendly, social, super knowledgeable as well.

I recently sold a condominium that was part of a trust. I have never sold a property and was uncertain of the ins and outs of how to sell one that wasn't specifically my own. I reached out to the Team Tackney who made the entire experience easy and seamless. The legalities of the trust were no obstacle. Everything was made easy through explanations about the process and associated documents that followed. They were super responsive to my phone calls and graciously dealt with a needy home owner's association. Team Tackney was exactly that...a team! The folks in their office all worked together to do what it took to get this property sold quickly (for more than the asking price and even my expectations!). I would ABSOLUTELY reach out to Team Tackney again to buy/sell future properties. Thank you Team Tackney!!!
