The staff is helpful and works efficiently together! I’ve had to go in several times on emergency visits and the office has always been able to work me in on the same day! The check-in and checkout process goes quick and smoothly. I love Dr. Gindi, she is great with our Bulldogs.
I have never had pets and a stray cat in my apartment complex decided he wanted to be our cat. I took him to surf city since it was recommended by my coworker. They are not corporate owned and I could tell all the workers and Dr. Gindi genuinely cared about the animals. They diagnosed him with cat stomatitis and he had to have 8 extractions since it was affecting his eating and grooming. The surgery did cost us some money, but it was way more affordable than other places. I also want to shout out Ivy the vet tech, she was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. His surgery went smoothly and they gave me some pain medication to help with his recovery. They also provided very detailed instructions on post surgery care. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable local vet for your pet.
Super happy with this vet. Love the care the provide without breaking the bank. The staff is extremely friendly. What truly got me was when I saw the main Dr working the front desk to welcome the drop off pets.
Dr Sally and her staff are absolutely great! I recommend all my family and friends to them. I love them all!!!! I lost my sweet boy Chesney in 2023, she took great care of my old buddy until he passed at age 17. Now we have Jensen dog and our Kobe Cat who loves Dr Sally & her staff. Thank you all
