So pleased with Stephens Plumbing & Heating. Everything stopped, a/c & heater and they worked me in the next day. The technician was excellent and explained exactly what needs repair. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable! Will definitely use them to repair the systems. So glad I chose them!

Be very cautious, watch this company over charge you-I spent $466 for a 1 hour 50 mins standard snake cleaning job: We had their service last week, the technician arrived 3:40pm, left at 5:30pm, total time was 1 hour 50 mins, job was very standard snaked the tub draining to solve blockage and change a very small part for toilet flush pusher. There was no pre estimation, cost was asked us to pay $466.00 for a 1 hour 50 mins job time. I called and wrote to them about these dishonest over charge, the stuff said, they charge $145 per hour and always offer estimate before starting the job. But in my experience, they did not offer any estimate before starting the job and charged $233 per hour! This is a dishonest charge and service!

I called last week to make an appointment for this morning. I needed the toilet tank kit replaced in one of our toilets. Diego was very helpful and professional in setting up our appointment today and said the plumber would give me a firm price when he arrived but it should be about 1 hour labor plus parts. The best quality kits are available at Home Depot for $30. So I expected a cost of around $200. When the plumber called me this morning to confirm the appointment he was quite curt. He said he was more than an hour away and didn’t want to waste his time so he gave me a quote of $450 over the phone. This was very upsetting after I cleared my calendar to meet the plumber this morning. I would not recommend using Stephen’s Plumbing unless you want to be misled and want to overpay.

Fast, same-day service, even though I called about a heating unit problem during a holiday week. Technician Poncho was immediately familiar with my central heating unit. He quickly diagnosed the issue, found a replacement for a bad circuit board, and installed it. He did a thorough check before leaving. All in all - fast, inexpensive, and top quality! Kudos to Stephen’s and special kudos to Poncho for his work!

Stephens recently replaced my old furnace. They charged a fair price, were on time, and performed the work competently. Their installers were friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks for a really good job!
