don’t come to this place, they try to get your more money after they bills to your insurance and after check your vision and get glasses even you can’t wear 5’’ , come back and tell them about it but they want charge more. finally shouldn’t come this place.

A very rare find in OC!!! The frames are durable and affordable. The turn around time from order to delivery is extremely efficient. They always give me a friendly reminder for my annual eye exam (which I need) and have more than proven to me that they stand behind their products. I started needing glasses at almost 30 years old. My first pair was bought at a major chain because I thought reputation equaled quality but it didn't. I had that first pair damaged beyond use without repair around 6 months. They wouldnt repair them only give me an address to their repair dept where I could mail the glasses have them price me if repairable and mail back. A 7-10 business day process without glasses. Spectrum Vision my second pair of glasses damaged a year later by my own negligence. I asked if they repaired and what the cost would be. Yes to the repair and would charge me a dime. Only advised me to be more careful. I bought a much more expensi ve pair of ray ban sunglasses and did my annual eye exam shortly after they did that and never looked back since. A major chain competitor moved in a couple of years ago on the other end of the parking lot. My mom went there only because of their promotion at the time. Not only did it take 2-3 weeks to get her new glasses, while they accepted her insurance, she still had to pay out of pocket for the extras (anti glare on one and transition on the other) they both needed repair within 3 months of getting them. With prices skyrocketing especially in this post pandemic economy and customer service dying quickly, this optometry store is a very Rare find. If you live anywhere in OC or anywhere close to westminster and dont go in the store to have your own experience, you're truly missing out

Great experience. Been going here for over 12 years and not once did I ever have any issues. Everyone is super friendly and by god the ladies are just wonderful. They even informed me about a free pair of eyewear that my insurance covers so I even got me a free pair of glasses!

Awesome place to get your eyes examined. Receptionist was great and very helpful oh, great personality she had made me feel welcome. The eye doctor oh my God beautiful wish I could go there every other day to get my eyes examed. Also had an older women helping me out choose a frame for my glasses oh, my future glasses. Overall the place was five stars oh, they could use a bit more of frames for glasses but I'm still going to give him five stars.

I have Davis Vision insurance through my work and they do accept it here. Staffs are very friendly and patience explaining my benefit and help me pick out my glasses. Great and friendly service. Highly recommend this place if you looking for reasonable price range.
