My first time here at Smile Again Dental. The office is so modern, new and clean. The staff and dentist Tuyet Nguyen is so kind and explain the whole treatment. I got teeth cleaning and my lower anterior chip so Dr. Tuyet done composite filling the same day. Her work was done beautifully. I will recommend all of my family and friend to this dental office. Dr Tuyet did my root canal and crowns and it was a great experience.They were very gentle and patient, making the fit was perfect.Dr Tuyet took the time to make sure I was comfortable,the procedure was painless. The staff was also very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!"

Finding Smile Again Dental Center has truly been a blessing for my entire family! From the moment you walk in, you can immediately tell how much pride they take in their practice. The office is spotless, beautifully designed, and feels welcoming and comfortable. The customer service here is absolutely outstanding. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the dental assistants and doctors, is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. They pay incredible attention to detail, which is something you don’t always find at other places. We originally came to Smile Again Dental Center because my mom had gotten a dental implant done at another office and was experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort when eating. It was heartbreaking seeing her struggle. Thankfully, the doctor at Smile Again Dental took the time to properly assess the situation, explained everything to us clearly, and fixed the problem with so much care and expertise. Now, she’s finally able to eat comfortably again without any pain, something we are beyond grateful for! Another thing I love about this office is that they offer a full range of services, and everything is done in-house, which makes the whole process so much quicker and more convenient. No need to bounce around from office to office for different procedures, they handle it all right there. On top of everything, the quality of care you get for the price is truly amazing. You can tell they don’t cut corners, but they also don’t overcharge like a lot of places do. I’m so thankful we found Smile Again Dental Center, it’s now our go-to dental office for the whole family! If you’re looking for a dental team that truly cares and delivers top-notch results, this is the place to go! :)

I’ve had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times, and the staff was always very understanding and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Ms.Nguyen and the hygienists who worked on me today were truly excellent. The cleaning was done very gently, and I never once felt rushed or uncomfortable. What stood out to me most was the level of patience and professionalism. They took the time to explain every procedure in detail, making sure I understood what was being done and why. They also listened carefully to my questions and answered them thoroughly, which really helped put me at ease. This dental office has a great atmosphere, and the team clearly values their patients’ comfort and trust. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with care, respect, and professionalism, this is definitely a great choice. I’m very happy with my experience and highly recommend them.

I had a dental appointment and politely asked the front desk if I could step out for an hour. The receptionist was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful, aggressive tone. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you work at the front desk, basic courtesy should be expected. Very disappointing experience.
