Took two of my grandchildren here, maybe a year or so ago. I happen to be a cheapskate, and about fell over seeing how expensive it was. But it totally won me over! If you think about the absurdity of spending on amusement parks, and how stupid of an expenditure that is, compared to the great, wholesome, exercise based super fun of Sky Zone, there's no comparison. Bring every kid to this place. Hold your kid's parties here! Have I raved enough?! Seriously... Cheapskate to Believer

The trampoline area is small impacted to the mission viejo. There were a lot of teenagers, which is fine but little kids also wanted to play in the basket/fighting area.

Our nephews (ages 8 & 9) had so much fun. Staff were so friendly and helpful! Special recognition to Miguel who was monitoring the dodgeball court. Miguel did a GREAT job interacting with the kids and making the game so much fun. We will definitely be back!

I wish there was a 0 star opinion because this was the worst sky zone I've ever been to. The worker there was looking at my son in a werid way and also taking videos of my children jumping. He was also really really really rude and told me people my kind sould DIE On top of that, the facility was incredibly dirty. The trampolines looked worn out and unsafe, and the entire place had a strong smell of sweat and old socks. It seemed like they never properly clean the place, and there was trash lying around in multiple spots. The staff overall was very unprofessional. Not only was the worker I encountered rude, but other employees were standing around chatting instead of supervising the children. I also noticed that some of them were using their phones while they were supposed to be watching the play areas. Another major issue was the pricing. For such a poorly maintained place, the ticket prices were ridiculously high. I felt like I completely wasted my money. To make things worse, they charge extra for everything—socks, drinks, and even lockers—without providing any real value. Safety was a huge concern as well. I saw multiple kids falling hard on the trampolines, and the staff didn’t seem to care. There were no proper safety measures in place, and I was genuinely worried that my kids would get hurt. A place like this should prioritize safety, but they clearly don’t. Overall, I would never recommend this Sky Zone to anyone. The combination of rude staff, unsafe equipment, poor hygiene, and high prices makes it a terrible place for families. I highly suggest finding a different trampoline park if you want a safe and enjoyable experience for your kids.

The workers here displayed kindness and care towards the little ones which I really appreciated. We had a birthday party here and Robin was assigned to our group, she was very patient and fun with the girls! Mei also helped us out, very sweet girl. Both of these workers went above and beyond to provide the absolute best customer service. Thank you ladies 🤗
