Had an amazing experience with Shulman Roofing! Joe. the owner, is very friendly, explained the products he was going to use and how it was going to be done. He is a very honest man. I have a flat roof that needed to be replaced. The work was done while I was at work and Joe sent me pictures of the job while it was in progress. What was impressive to see was Joe was on the roof working with his team. I feel when the owner is there, he will know the work that was done when you have questions. After the work was done he mentioned that my tile roof area felt was wearing out and to keep in mind that the felt will need to be replace sometime in the future. I had no clue what felt was. What was good to hear that when the time comes, the tiles will need to be removed to replace the felt and the same tiles will be reinstalled.

Every thing started in fall 2008 when we got the home. Unfortunately every thing was original '64 even the roof.We got a couple of quotes and me and my wife we both liked and trusted Joe from the first time. In spring 2009 we had him and his crew replace the roofing on our home and they did a wonderful clean job as we expected. Joe is a great guy, straight forward and very easy to work with.The job was beautifully done and we had the proof of a good work in the past days when we had the big rains. No leaks for sure. Thank you so much once again Joe and wish you all the best.

We had a very positive experience with Shulman Roofing. Every aspect of our roof replacement project was trouble free. Joe Shulman communicated clearly and promptly what would be done throughout and executed accordingly. All work was completed on schedule and with care. I could go into a lot of detail on the specifics but the bottom line is that we got a quality product at a competitive price, (we obtained 4 estimates) and are exceedingly happy that we chose Shulman Roofing. I would definitely use them again and can recommend this company as trustworthy and a good choice for anyone needing roof repair or replacement.
