The energy in the spa is serene and peaceful. In addiiton to the many class & Instructor options for Yoga and Meditation, Sedona Star offers a variety of holistic classes so you may learn and incorporate wellness into your life at home, work or when traveling ! The breathing techniques have helped me stay focus and efficient in my business. I recommend Sedona Star highly !
I took a yoga class here through ClassPass with Samita, and she was a great instructor. I would recommend her and the facility as a whole, as the owner was very welcoming and friendly.
Beautiful, calming, relaxing environment. A great place to shop for crystals, sage, books, gifts. This spa offers a wide range of spiritual services and high caliber healers, Reiki, yoga, readers, and more. I highly recommend visiting soon- enjoy!
The crystals in here are great - they’re by Lucky Eye except on their spiritual faire days where there were more vendors. Had a lot of fun and everyone was very kind. The vibe here is like stepping out of the city into your entire beings wellness. Highly recommend coming anytime you get the chance.
