What a great experience. I had heard of Salinas Tires before and after today’s visit now I understand why they are so highly recommended. I had a poor experience at a install shop prior to the visit. The team here was so accommodating, let me drive the truck to ensure the ride was up to my expectation, and gave great recommendations future state. Great shop I will be back from now on for all truck tire and alignment needs.
Very misleading advertising on Facebook, gave them a call first to ensure price was accurate. Hugo answered and said the cost was $300 per tire and they were trying to get the post removed. He then continued to talk about more fees and taxes (which continued to raise the out the door cost). Unless there are 2 Hugo’s working there I really don’t see how this would be difficult to fix and be honest upfront. If they are going to lie on Facebook then what is keeping them from lying to you over the phone?
A family owned and operated business that TRULY cares about their customers and doing the job right at a fair price! They now have a life long customer here!
Hugo and his team delivered outstanding service and came through for me in a pinch with absolute professionalism. Highly recommend this shop for anything related to wheels, tires, or suspension.
Salina’s Replaced my rotors and pads. Quoted me a fair price compared to previous quote from another shop that quoted including replacing calipers. Salina’s was honest and didn’t try to sell me calipers and insisted only the rotors and pads is all the truck needs. Brakes are working well and no signs of sticking or uneven pressure. I’ll keep an eye on them, but it seems good so far. I appreciate their honesty and not trying to upsell calipers. Thank you. I recommend Salina’s Tires and Wheels.
