Boiled corns with yellow sales noticed sticked on refrigerator: (2 for 6$, they also showed the Reg.price is 3.49$), but went home seeing they sole 1 for 3.99$… ? What the hell? Becareful with this supermarket!

Decent grocery options! Being one of the supermarkets opened later, this place is a holy grail. They just recently remodeled the place and rearranged the produce section. It seems smaller, but is actually a lot more organized. They have a vast range of options and everything is reasonable priced. Some items are definitely cheaper than others. The workers there are really nice and friendly. If you buy a lot, they give you a really large reusable bag to carry your groceries in as well as some snacks. My mom is really picky and this is one of the few supermarkets she’ll actually go to. Highly recommend stopping by!

The price posted is NOT what you pay. I usually don't mind if it's $1 to $5 more, but from $19.99 posted but when check out $36.99 and the manager excuse was the lower price is for smaller size - Well, excuse me, there is no other size.

I don’t get to shop here much any longer as I have moved out of the area, but I do love this place. I've often found that the ability to handle unexpected situations with grace and efficiency is a true mark of excellent customer service. I witnessed such an instance during my recent visit to this store. There was a minor issue with a pricing discrepancy on an item I was purchasing. It could have easily become a frustrating situation, like encountering a roadblock on a long journey. However, the staff member at the checkout handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and efficiency. They quickly resolved the issue, apologizing for the inconvenience and ensuring that I was satisfied with the outcome. It was like watching a skilled mechanic quickly diagnose and repair a problem with a car, minimizing any disruption to the journey. This staff member's ability to handle the unexpected with such grace and efficiency was truly impressive, making it a well-deserved five-star experience.

Not "always free gift with purchase" as advertised or stated on the headliner. I come here because it's not really in the center of all the busy markets if Little Saigon. Prices are reasonable. I mostly come here for the mints and fish. Since the new ownership, Saigon City has gone though a major rearrangement of the store. It looks better organized and brighter. One of the issues I have is that they have not been honest about how they charge for fish. I picked out 3 catfish that was not gutted. I was under the impression that it would be gutted before weighing, but I was told they weren't. There were older fish that was already gutted that they were charging the same price for (so the catfish were in the same pile). At almost $4/lb, it would be dishonest to overcharge customers the same price for gutted and not gutted fish.
