She always takes great care of me — treating my acne, caring for my skin, and giving an amazing head, neck, and shoulder massage. Come here many times and they nailed it as always. Friendly and professional vibe makes me feel very assured that I made the right choice. All the estheticians get very well trained and are great performance. I was amazed by Lona, she did a very good job and made my skin light and glow right after I finished a treatment. I’ve had such an amazing experience at Ruby and can’t recommend it enough! The service here is truly top-notch, and the entire team creates such a welcoming, positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. A special shoutout to Chi Loan, who always takes the time to really care for my skin during each facial. She is incredibly thorough, especially when it comes to extractions, and I always feel like my skin is in the best hands. After every session, my skin feels so refreshed, deeply hydrated, and has that healthy, glowing look. Chi Uyen is also amazing—she’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to treating acne scars. Since coming to her, I’ve seen such a noticeable improvement in my skin. She really understands what works and tailors treatments accordingly. On top of that, the spa itself is always clean, well-maintained, and has such a relaxing vibe. The staff are consistently upbeat, friendly, and very responsive whenever I reach out with questions or to book appointments. Overall, 10/10 experience every time—I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their skin and treat themselves to high-quality care!

Loan (Lona) I had such a great experience with my facial treatment. She was very gentle, professional, and attentive throughout the entire session. My skin felt clean, refreshed, and so much smoother afterward. The environment was relaxing, and she took the time to explain each step, which made me feel very comfortable.
