One of the best hu tieu in orange county! They also have " tép mỡ" (crispy pork skin) on top of the broth to make it more flavourful! The price is reasonable (cash only or zelle). Their pork bun is also delicious too with $3 or $3.5 per bun. The place has plenty of parking, but pretty small during rush hour. Overall, good restaurant!

At that time, only Cash or Zelle were accepted in the restaurant. Cả Cần Restaurant is a fantastic destination for those who love dry noodle soup and steamed buns. The dry noodle dish here is truly delicious with a special sauce that creates a unique flavor. The steamed buns are also an excellent choice. Although the space here is somewhat small, the service is quite fast, which means you won't have to wait long after getting inside. However, the only drawback is that the prices here are a bit high compared to the quality of the food. Bánh Bao 4.5/5⭐️ Hủ Tiếu Đặc Biệt 4/5⭐️

I love steam bun and noodle soup here. I'm not a fan of dry noodles since the sauce has more tomato flavor than oyster flavor. Its just a personal preference. Will keep coming back here for steam buns, especially the sweet buns.
