One of the best gym experience I’ve ever had! Dean and Jason has been nothing but helpful, I lost 21 pounds during the 3 months trained with them which was a healthy and steady pace for my base weight. I’ve a lot of emotional baggage when it comes to weight and have been very picky when it comes to choosing a coach team based on the way I feel especially when I have knowledge as a certified conscious parenting coach myself. As long as the training team use motivation words coming from lack, I refuse 🤣 but they did a great job encouraging and showing up with positive and caring energy coming from abundance which I think is very treasurable quality and what everybody could use. One thing to mention is that they deliver a near private training experience with a semi private training price where they will literally note down your progress each time, how much weight you can handle, which part of the body you are training etc. they also have very qualified experience and expertise when it comes to training injuries and have various ways to train muscle to make sure it’s the most suitable way for each individual. I’m more than grateful for this 3 months and will definitely come back when I’m ready for another round!

Jason and Dean are amazing trainers and inspirational coaches. I used to not like training or lifting weights, now I enjoy it so much that it became a part of my life; I’ve accomplished goals I didn’t even know I had. The environment in the gym is amazing and the relationship with the staff and members goes to another level that actually makes you feel comfortable and enjoy working out. I’m so happy I found this place.

Jason and Dean are incredible trainers! After a lifetime of being sedentary, I decided I wanted to take charge of my health as I enter my 30's. I've always been intimidated by the gym, but they have been absolutely amazing. It's a positive, diverse and uplifting environment, and I'm stronger than I've ever been my whole life. They're incredibly informative and can answer any questions you have from fitness to diet. I've gone from dreading working out to looking forward to the boost of energy my sessions give me, and I'm more confident than ever.

The lead trainer/team are both super motivated and have a relaxed environment at the same time. Its always nice to have a private clean space that allows you to focus on your workout without having to share equipment with 100+ people like you would at a commercial gym! Overall, a more welcoming/personal environment and I’m already seeing results 👍🏼
