I've been taking my cars to Quality Automotive for over 5 years. Sang and his professional team of mechanics have always given attention to detail with highest levels of integrity I've seen in the industry. I've taken my Mercedes and my Honda for service and they do professional work. Sang is trustworthy and I highly recommend anyone to service their cars to Quality Automotive.
Our dad got our car serviced from here and they are rude, liars, and con artists. We upgraded our AC system plus freon a few days ago and now the AC is blowing warm air. He went back today and their reply was "So? What should I do? There's no warranty." This was appalling because he wasn't giving an invoice or anything. Avoid this business at ALL costs. They'll be reported to the BBB.
I recommend this place. I got an oil change for my ACURA TLX today. SANG is helpful and fast customer service. He checks and recommends things what i have to do. Affordable price and professional job. Quality Automotive is my go to place from now on. Will be returning soon!
My Lexus IS 350 got AIR CONDITIONING NOT COLD . i Went to other shop they checked then gave me the quote to replace A/c compressor. By referred from a friend , i came to Quality Automotive with the quoted from that shop. After 30 minutes checked in my car they gave in a call back to let me know that the a/c compressor still working , just need recharge free on. i am so wonder about , they are save me 600 to replace a/c compressor . THANKS TO SANG. I WILL REFER ALL MY FRIEND FOR SERVICE.
I thought i have a transmission problem, because i hear weird noises when the my Honda Element was shifting through gear. I took my Car to see Don. He took my Element for a test Drive. He came back and opened my hood and told me that all me engine mount is broken- he took out his flashlight and show each one to me- they are truly is broken. I left my car over night because was late in the day. i call next morning and my car was finish. I came over to pick up my car and it felt like new. thank you Don.
