Very quick oil service but my oil is leaking this morning. Tom did not tighten it enough. So disappointing. I live miles away (only went to him cause its close to work and recommended by friend) and now have to find another shop closer to my house to fix .

Pulled off the highway on a road trip from San Diego to the Bay Area because of a cylinder misfiring. They were able to diagnose the problem, order the parts, and have us back on the road within 30 minutes. Incredible efficiency and value!

A year ago, I bought an 11 year-old used car and needs to have a tune up, diagnostic, smog check, repair, and maintenance. Uncle Tom is very knowledgeable about how to fix cars. He offers great recommendations on how to save my money by fixing which parts first and leave which parts to fix til later. He helped me fixed everything and made sure the car run smoothly with no issues. He charged me a very cheap, reasonable price and gave me good tips on how to maintain my car so that it will last long. Uncle Tom is a very knowledgeable car mechanic but also is very kind and honest. He has a good heart and does not rip customers off as he does not care about making a lot of profit anymore. He has saved enough for retirement. He only comes to the auto shop to work for fun as he is often bored when staying at home. This auto shop does almost everything from maintenance to smog check to repair and tune up. I'd recommend you all go to Pro Auto Care whenever you need to change new tires, lights, sensors, catalytic converter, coils, and wind shield wiper; or adjust your brake and gas pedals; or do maintenance work like: oil change, tire rotation, air cabin filter cleaning, cvt fluid pumping, coolant water refilling, brake fluid adding, and windshield wiper fluid recharging; or repair your water pump, hose, spacers, and spark plugs. I believe this is the best shop in Orange County when it comes to quality of work, price, and customer care. Most Vietnamese auto shops in Southern California don't care about having lots of Google or Yelp reviews. That's why you don't see there are many reviews about this shop on Google and Yelp. It's because Vietnamese people prefer word of mouth marketing strategy when it comes to auto repair. I have been to a couple of auto repair shops in LA and Orange County, which have had an abundant amount of five star reviews. However, these auto shops have done a worse job and are way more expensive than Pro Auto Care. Maybe, these auto shops "buy" reviews from their customers by offering them a discount price if their customers leave them 5-star reviews. Trust me, guys! This shop is the best place when it comes to quality, customer service, timeliness, accuracy, and price! Uncle Tom is a real, heroic, professional car mechanic!

I've been taking my cars to see Tom for near 25 years. Started with my 1st car and now onto my 3rd. He is one of few mechanics I would trust without a doubt and when he says he can't handle something, he will always know someone who can. I've referred friends and family and they always let me know later that they enjoyed the experience.

Tom is so friendly and a good mechanic. He helped me out and gave me a great deal. I really like his personality, even though he's very busy he is patient and explains things clearly and respectfully. I will be coming here again!
