I am extremely shocked this place has 5 star reviews. I believe this place is a scam and I will explain why. Our regular carpet cleaning guy was busy so my mom searched online for a carpet cleaning place near by. This place popped up and happened to have 5 stars. The lady over the phone said that their most basic cleaning is $45 and they would have to come to our home to get an exact estimate of how much everything would cost. We make an appointment and the guy comes and says to clean the carpet WITH shampoo would be $150 and WITHOUT shampoo would be $80. Mind you, our regular carpet cleaning guy that we hire cleans our living room carpet for $60 WITH shampoo. These prices are upsurd. My mom agreed to pay the basic $80 and let me tell you, it was a waste of money because there were still dark areas on our carpet. Our usual guy cleans our carpet until it’s spotless. We call to complain and the lady over the phone told us to wait until it’s dry and if the dark areas are still there then give them a call. The next day our carpet still had dark areas (shocker) so I call to let them know. I spoke to a gentleman about our experience and what had happened and he tells me about their prices and how $80 has no shampoo blah blah blah. Then he tells me that he would call me back.. I call back again to let them know that if they’re charging me $150 to re-do my carpet then I won’t do it and will go to our regular guy and leave a bad review. The lady that was on the phone says their head technician is busy and give her a few minutes then all of a sudden the phone hangs up… hours later, we still haven’t gotten a call back.. they clearly don’t care about customer service. How are you guys charging $80 to clean carpet w no shampoo? It is literally pointless to have that option when the end results is still a dirty carpet. My carpet is cleaned every few months and the dark areas are literally just from occasional stepping in the house w shoes marks that can easily come off. There’s no heavy duty stains on the carpet so the basic cleaning should at least be able to clean that off. Seems like the reviews are left by family and friends. This is such a terrible experience that caused inconvenience to my family. We moved a bunch of furniture around for them to do a horrible job.. do not spend your money here bc they clearly don’t care enough to call back and solve the issue. You guys can have the $80 that’s no problem but I can confidently say this is a sad sad sad way to do business by taking people’s money and not giving them the service they deserve. Beware!

I loved how Carpet & Rug Cleaning GG is a confident and honest carpet cleaning. They confidently advised removing stains and restoration applied would make it look fresh again. The company’s services are highly recommendable and very affordable.

I called Carpet & Rug Cleaning GG based on their reviews and the owner did a fantastic job! I had 2 rooms with carpet cleaned as well as my microfiber couch. The couch is over 5 years old and he got rid of a lot of the dirt and stains. He was on time, personable and the pricing was transparent. I will be calling him again and would recommend their service to anyone!
