I am very pleased with the care and compassion Oliver has towards not only with our beloved pets but also with the family. I lost my first dog in 2020 and reached out Oliver crying, in need of support with cremation services. My family and I were treated so kindly. Oliver was quick to respond. My other dog, Mamash, passed away in November 2025 and I reached out to Oliver again for cremation services. I am very happy with the services and I encourage everyone to use his service. Oliver is very kind and empathetic towards each and every situation. I felt heard and overall, we felt acknowledged. It is a hard time when you lose a beloved pet, you’re not thinking straight, my two little ones died unexpectedly so I was not in the right mind. Oliver made things easy and simple. Oliver from Precious Pet Cremations was such a blessing after the loss of my Lucky. From the first phone call, he was kind and organized and kept me informed all along the way. He provided many photos from which I could choose to personalize Lucky’s urn and paw prints. He hand-delivered my baby back to me. It was such a relief to welcome him back home. Thank you, Oliver, for easing the pain of losing my Lucky. Your service was excellent and so appreciated.

To say Oliver is talented, empathetic, incredibly professional, and accommodating, is an understatement. This wonderful human took the time to work around my specific situation, my schedule, and helped a family member and I come to a picture perfect template of our angel puppy's special memoriam. The Gentleman "Oliver" was so professional and very understanding. We lost our beloved puppy, Miko, during our trip from Arizona to California which was heart breaking for us. When we met with Oliver he made us feel wonderful. His kindness and understanding made us happy and helped relieved our sadness.
