To say Oliver is talented, empathetic, incredibly professional, and accommodating, is an understatement. This wonderful human took the time to work around my specific situation, my schedule, and helped a family member and I come to a picture perfect template of our angel puppy's special memoriam. Some people are put on this earth for such special reasons and Oliver is no exception. If you are considering working with Oliver and Precious Pet Cremations, make the call. I cannot recommend this place enough. 5 stars is not enough. Oliver came to our home at the worst time in my families life, he handled us and our boy with dignity and respect, he answered all our questions, gave us answers to questions we didn’t think to ask. Kept in constant contact from the time they picked him up until the time they brought him home. Oliver is literally an angel in disguise. Thank you for bringing our boy home quickly. ❤️‍🩹

When our baby passed away in our home we were all in disbelief. With so much pain in our hearts, we were unsure of what to do next. I came across Precious Pet Cremations and as soon as I spoke to Oliver I felt so much relief. He showed up quickly and answered all our questions. He showed so much genuine empathy. Our sweet girl deserved the best, and Oliver really is the best. He showed us so much compassion, and stayed in communication through the entire process. Losing a pet feels terrible, but Oliver helped us navigate through it all. Thank you Oliver.

My husband and I, unexpectedly lost our fur baby Penny, a few weeks ago. This was our first time experiencing this unfortunate event, and we are still coming to terms of our new reality. I am writing a review to share my experience with precious pet cremations, but mainly our tech Oliver. Oliver was one of the first companies we reached to, he was so quick to respond to all our concerns and was so communicative on the whole process. When Oliver arrived he had such a calming presence, and let us take our time to say goodbye to our girl, and had tissues available, which was so kind and thoughtful. He was so helpful on how to pick out a design, for her urn and was absolutely so patience with us. About a week later when we got her back, we were just so grateful to pet cremation and Oliver, the flowers and everything just exceeded our expectations and it just felt like a sense of relief when we got her back. We also selected to get her paw prints stamped and placed in the bamboo wood, (not pictured) but we would definitely recommend it, on the bamboo you can feel the grooves of the paw stamp and it was very comforting to have that with us. Again, we are just so grateful to pet cremations, but are so extremely grateful for Oliver. Oliver if you see this, you have a heart of gold and we can never thank you enough for taking care of our girl, but us as well.

One of the worst days in my life was made better by Oliver. The attention to detail and care we received was appreciated by myself and family. Other places I called made me feel uncomfortable with the way they conducted business. I will recommend Oliver to anyone in need of final arrangements for their loved one.
