We have lived at these apartments for almost 9 years and couldn't be happier here! The community is clean , quiet and very well maintained. The office staff, Edwin and Brian are very friendly and approachable, very professional. I have to give a special shout out to the maintenance manager, Rudy, he is amazing. Rusy is super friendly and does an amazing job! He always goes above and beyond for the residents. No task or request is too small or large for Rudy. He always shows up when asked and is very respectful and kind. 5 stars for this community and especially for Rudy!
The representative was most pleasant and informative. Mr. Brian Arce was so nice to meet and made me feel at home instantly. I look forward to living in the Pointe Pacific Apartment Homes. I hope as early as this week. Very clean and calm location ☺️

I’ve lived here for over 7 years, Schools are 3 minutes away walking distance. Staff is super friendly and every time I need maintenance, Rudy shows up and takes care of it. Very happy to live here.
