Rudy, the maintenance guy, has been incredibly helpful. Anytime I have an issue with the apartment, he addresses it right away, ensuring everything is fixed promptly. Not only is he efficient and reliable, but he also takes the time to greet everyone politely, always maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. His dedication to keeping the place in great shape truly makes a difference!
I have been living here for a few years now and highly recommend this place. The property is well maintained, and the management ensures everything is kept in great condition. Rudy, the maintenance guy, is always helpful and professional, making sure any issues are addressed promptly. Overall, it's been a positive experience living here would highly reccomend!
I only have excellent things to say about Trulle. He is always very friendly and polite whenever he comes to our apartment, always communicative, always solves all the problems when we need him. Very professional and ethical. We love living here, the boys in the Administration are super attentive and kind, Edwin and Brian. They always help us with anything.
There is so many wonderful things I could say about Pointe Pacific. The staff Edwin and Brian are very kind and helpful. They are easy to talk to. Their maintenance man Rudy is amazing. Soon as you put in a work order he takes care of it right away. The building complex is clean. Its a beautiful building with many laundry rooms. Pool area is always clean. The people isn't loud. I've lived here for 7 years. I'm pleased with our little community. I have no complaints.

Every time that I go for a walk in the property every thing is very clean the new paint is beautiful I recommend to live in this apartments.
