Impressed with Pierside Plumbing. Had them remove a hot water dispenser, put in a push button garbage disposal and run water for a new refrigerators ice machine. Work was completed as requested. They found and informed me of a huge leak under my neighbors condo and took pictures so I could pass on the information. Care they showed was incredible. They used thick moving blankets to protect my floors and cabinets, did an amazing job of cleanup and even installed non slip cabinet shelf liner at no charge. What a nice touch! Thank you, Henry, Parker and George for doing outstanding work. Highly recommend using Pierside Plumbing.

I wrote a 5 star review previously based on my experiences with Henry going back a few years. I was very pleased with the service provided at that time. My shower drain was clogged and Henry cleared it quickly. The pipes under my kitchen sink leaked, Henry to the rescue. Prices weren't cheap but they were fair. In the last 12 months I've had another shower drain stoppage, a leaky faucet and a valve replacement in my shower. Each time the cost was significantly higher than in the past and although I know costs are higher I feel like I was taken advantage of. Never the same tech twice and each time the tech tried to upsell me additional plumbing. For example I think $275 for a simple shower snaking that took minutes is high. Anyway loved Henry but if this is Pierside's pricing I have to go elsewhere.

Henry is the best plumber i've ever met! he came to give me a quote the day after i contacted him, scheduled the work, finished it in just a few hours, and was a pleasure to have in my home. i can't recommend him enough! His staff are also lovely! He completed a complicated plumbing repair on my 1920s bathroom and installed a new waste disposal in my kitchen. Best and fastest plumber in town! EDIT - it's two years later and i just redid my kitchen counters/sink and i called Henry - and he sent his employee Caesar and he was so great! Friendly, respectful, clean, everything you would want in a plumber! so happy with the service from either Henry or Caesar! : ) EDIT - it's another two years later - Jason and Ryan came to my house to help with a plumbing problem and they were SO AWESOME! they came the same day, helped me with what i needed and we just fantastic. i cannot recommend Pierside Plumbing enough! 🧡
