An Absolute Gem of a Store! I’ve been a long-time customer of Petco, and I can honestly say I have never been happier with a visit than I was today! From the moment my family and I walked through the doors, we felt genuinely welcomed. The customer service here is on a completely different level. A huge, heartfelt shout-out to McKenna and Joey. They are truly some of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered in retail. They were incredibly friendly and went completely out of their way to help us. They made our visit so special, and I honestly hope that every single time I walk into this store in the future, they are working! It was so refreshing to see someone who didn't just look at us as another transaction, but genuinely cared about our family and took the time to understand our pets' specific needs. It is rare to find a team that shows this much passion and heart. Because of the incredible service from McKenna, Joey, and Michelle, I will absolutely be coming back and giving all of my business to this specific store moving forward. I'm also going to be recommending this location to all of my friends and family. If you want a team that actually cares about your furry family members, this is the place to go!
This store is very clean and the parking lot is huge. I love it because everything is very organized and I always find what I need for my dog.
I had a fantastic experience at this Petco! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products, which made finding the right supplies for my pup a breeze. Plus, the selection of toys and treats was impressive—definitely my go-to spot for pet shopping!
The girls were very nice and welcoming to my baby girl. She came out looking beautiful and white lol. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby ❤️
