Good-evening, So I took my pug here and let’s just say my pug came here smelly and looking homeless; came back to me smelling like the most expensive cologne/perfume that money can buy. My pugs coat was so soft and silky I thought I was given an entirely brand new pug. The stylist Arianna is extremely talented at her discipline and deserves a huge raise I will be returning as a regular client. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Ask for Arianna!!! Happy Holidays!
Ok this one star is only for the grooming part of Petco everything else is great , like my dog loves their toys . But anyway let’s get into it , now I’m not one to ever write a negative review EVER . But like what the hell , please stay clear of this grooming place because tell me why my one year old pup who is a golden doodle is blacklisted from every petco’s grooming services ?!? And your probably wondering what my dog could have done , well it was because , “ he wasn’t getting out of the kennel and when she she tried to lure him out she thought he was gonna bite her “ like girl be so for real hes literally nervous . And like did he ever bite you ??? No , so why he being treated like he tore your limbs apart. Mind you my dog has never ever bitten anyone like I put that on anything and i have literally taken him to other groomers and there has been no issues, i only took him here because it’s the closest to my house . But lesson learned even after he’s “ cleared “ from the blacklist (which is 6months ) he will never be groomed there’s. I honestly blame the lady that was there like I don’t remember her name nor do I care to , all I know is whatever certificate she has to prove that she’s good to work with dogs and grooming them is fake and from temu . FYI this is the dog she thought was a threat to society so if you do see him be aware !!!
This place has termites. My boyfriend purchased me a cat tree, and it had termites in it! We live over an hour away, so when I called to speak the manager and they hung up on me. I had to call the 1800#.
ARIANNA IS THE BEST GROOMER I'VE EVER HAD!!! WE HAVE 3 dogs that she cares for with such expertise. She loves our babies!
Great service. Staff is always helpful. My puppy’s favorite place.
