I have been going to Personal Care Auto Repair since I got my first car in 1998. Ryan and then his nephew Justin have been taking care of all the cars I have had and about 5-10 friends and family members. I won’t go anywhere else!
Glad I found Justin. When I moved here, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find a quality mechanic who also doesn’t upcharge and is also honest. I’ve serviced my 3 cars here so far (Mitsubishi Montero, Toyota Prius, and Nissan NV200) and so far have had great experiences! Thanks Justin.
Finding an honest mechanic isn't easy, but Justin was great! He took a look at my car and gave me straightforward, unbiased options. He's super knowledgeable and communicates well. Highly recommend!
Integrity Integrity Integrity. Jeff and Justin are two of the most trusted people I've ever met. They are always respectful, truthful and personable. They take the time to show they care about you and your vehicle. I've been going to this shop for over 17 years. I always recommend them to friends + family and hear nothing but positive comments back. If the shop is busy it's because they have a good reputation and keep their customers for life! It's worth making an appointment and going to them to feel safe in your vehicle. I even drive over 15 miles just to get my oil changed here because I know it is the best service around Orange County. Go and see for yourself!
I chose to take my car here due to their perfect online reviews, and Jeff and Justin completely lived up to the reviews. They offered me an extremely fair price for an oil and transmission change, and they are some of the nicest people that I've ever trusted my car with. But to top it all off, they went out of their way to inspect my car for things completely unrelated to why I took my car there in the first place. They gave me great advice about my tire sizes, and insight about the past history of modifications on my car that I was not aware of. It feels great to know I've found a shop I can trust and to know that I won't be ripped off. They happen to be very close to my work, but I would drive across town if I had to so that I can have them work on my car.
