Incredibly disappointed with their service. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. For the past five years, the technicians constantly change and there’s no consistency. About twice a year I have to argue with someone about the prices because they automatically increase them drastically without notifying you. Today my services went up by $18 without notice! The technician that came to my house today was new. I always have granules laid in the lawn to treat fleas. When calling the company, and looking at my receipt, we could find no recollection that this service was done. I also reviewed my Ring camera and saw that he never touched the lawn. The technician called me back and was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him by asking him to come back. I will definitely be going to a different company.
I would not recommend Orkin. I decided to use Orkin to treat our house for termites by fumigating/tenting our house. The salesperson, Dylan, was very professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable. So, I made the commitment for the tenting and a 10-year termite warranty. Unfortunately, it was downhill from there. The tenting subcontractor broke 65 roof tiles and marred several interior walls. We cleaned or repainted the affected interior walls. However, the roofing tiles were quite a fiasco. It is understandable that some tiles would be broken, however, I talked to several roofing people who indicated that breaking 65 tiles is excessive. In follow-up, I contacted Orkin and they informed me that they would pay the labor to have 50 tiles replaced - i.e., I provide the tiles. Since Orkin subcontracts this roofing work, I opted to have my trusted roofer do the work. I then asked that they only pay me the amount they would have paid their subcontractor to install 50 of the 65 tiles. THEY REFUSED! I am at a loss, as I was under the impression (obviously a mistaken impression) that Orkin was an honest, trustworthy, and professional company. Based on my experience, I would certainly NOT RECOMMEND Orkin.

I have always been impressed with orkin. They notify you in advance that they're coming and then they notify you right before they get there. If you have any specific requests they will deal with that. I did not realize but they also offer additional services. If you want to rodent proof your home possibly have openings or gaps, they will deal with that. I have not done that yet but I am considering it. I have been very pleased. Every person that has come has been very professional and I would highly recommend
