I was always discriminated coming here, kept in the lobby until closing time struggling with crazy pain from the chair and having severe problems with breathing from other people most of them smokers,.... feeling suffocated....facing how all the other people are helped ahead of me even if they arrived hours later then me and the number offered ignored. I was refused to be helped by few workers and misleaded by others that they applied for me or fixed my problem and later discovered I was not helped (got denial letter, application was not sent etc). The chair's are extremely uncomfortable especially for me with my legs and back injuries and lobby staff refused to give me another chair from the back to accommodate my needs. One time I was rudely insulted including by a security gentleman full with tattoos when I didn't even spoke with him any word. The only way that is making me comfortable is talking with the office manager Christine that was always very professional, respectful, friendly, great listener, honest, knowledgeable and always willing to help but unfortunately is very hard to get in touch with her.

I just needed a replacement ebt card and this place was quick. I was only in there for 10 minutes and staff was very helpful. It beats waiting in line at the main office for hours. ..however you have to get there before 4:30, they might not even take you at exactly 4:30 so I would arrive earlier. I say this because another time I went there I got turned away because it was 4:33.

This place is clearly on McFadden, not Magnolia so not sure why it's a Magnolia address and no where on the website that it mentioned for passport you must come in half an hour before closing time. Major failed on taxpayers money.

I went there of renewing my son's passport. Receptionist was rude, and impolite, as well as the young lady who is doing passport service. On the flyer stated that passport service till 4 PM. I came in before 4 pm, they turned me away. The receptionist lady stated that the lady who is doing passport service would not have enough time for me due to she had another appointments waiting for her, and asked me and my wife go home. My wife tried to make appointment for passport service, but they said we don't need to, but when we came in, they did not want to do for us.

The front desk staff didn't know how to communicate in English. I walked in and they told me to just wait without letting me know how long it might take. After an hr of waiting, they told us that I filled out my passport application wrong and will have to sign in again AFTER i was done re-filling out my application. They couldn't tell me beforehand? Communication skill, 30% and the quality of the staffs, 10%. You also have to pay $60 to make an appointment. What?
