Nathan is fantastic! 5 stars all the way! He is incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. We had a previous company servicing our home each quarter and charging a fortune! Misconception is that you pay more, you possibly get best service and results…. Not true in our case. We had critters , mosquitos, spiders and my husband would get eaten alive in our home!! After calling several pest control companies, we stumbled on Nathan and Optum! We loved that he was local, independent, lower rates, responded promptly, super pleasant and knowledgeable and scheduled us in right away. Nathan got everything under control immediately without destroying our home with tons of toxic chemicals and the results have been amazing. We live his reminder system on text, he spends a good amount of time here every other month and is so thorough. Not one bite of anything in my husband or me!!
