The service provided is very good. Cans are clean and smell good too. My complaint is their billing arrangement. I am away often with no one to put my cans out for trash pick up or cleaning. As a result, I have called to delay service for the months I aim away on service days several times and have asked for my bill to be credited. They have credited my account accordingly...that is until I noticed they had recently billed me anyway. When I asked them about it I was informed that they only allow a set number of cancellations per year and that I had exceeded that number. Hence, I can billed every month whether or not they provide service. I will gladly pay for services which I receive, but not for just driving past our home on cleaning day. I have cancelled my account with OC Clean a Can and will seek other alternatives.

This was an amazing experience. They were prompt to respond to my online order. They even came out the next day. The cleaner was super nice and did an amazing job. They seriously look brand new inside! They even smell good. I had someone dump a dead possum in my trash when I was out of town. The trash guys picked up but the can was dirty. This service was Five stars ++++++ Thank you

I’ve used OC clean a can for probably 3 years now and this was primarily due to our previous condo HOA not allowing us to clean them ourselves. It really does allow me to use that time for other important household duties and they leave it more thoroughly clean and great smelling than I could have. It’s easy to confuse a neighbor’s trashcan with mine so they are thankfully coming back out today since my husband accidentally brought our trash cans in too early last month and we missed last month’s. I’d encourage anyone to try them as we’ve had no issues prior to the last 2 months and Robert has been a loyal cleaner.

It was my first time using OC Clean A Can today and they did excellent work. My can looks great and smells fresh. Their customer service is really fast too. Definitely happy to have found this company

We moved to RSM last year and I realized pretty quickly how bad the flys can get around the trash cans (especially in summer). We ended up having maggots galore, so we hired these guys to come out and clean the cans. Just ordered service again in preparation for this summer as well. They did an awesome job both times. Turned out to be just the solution we were looking for. Very reliable and excellent service if you live south county.
