DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT PURCHASE A GROUPON OR GO TO THIS PLACE. I wish I had listened to some of the negative reviews on here, but I figured I would give the benefit of the doubt since there were also some positive ones. I purchased a Groupon and made an appointment and let her know over the phone that I had a Groupon. The appointment was made about two weeks in advance. I showed up on time and the store was completely closed. I called and it rang for a bit then I left a voicemail. I waited another 10 minutes called again and this time it went straight to voicemail. The sign on the door has a different name, as well, called Evie’s but I’m sure it’s the same owner. Again, buyer beware I really hate to post negative reviews especially when it’s someone’s livelihood but this was completely unprofessional and a lack of organization and communication.

Called in and booked an hour for massage and facial. It was a bit difficult trying to find the place because the building was a little easy to miss. But once I found it, I pulled up into the driveway which led me to a parking lot with an abundance of space. The lady I had did an amazing job! I was so relaxed, i was asleep probably ten minutes into my session. Woke up to her asking me to flip over for my facial which was nice and painless. It was a great experience overall and I will definitely come back.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Nirvana Head Spa's exceptional service, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my visit. The staff's clear communication to my many questions, made the entire process smooth and reassuring. The real highlight was the excellent results I achieved with skin tag removal. The expertise and precision with which they performed the procedure were truly impressive. My skin has never looked better, thanks to their skilled hands. I must also commend the Manager Sharron for her exceptional management skills and her dedication to ensuring every client's satisfaction. Cindy, the employee who assisted me, was not only professional but also genuinely caring, making my visit memorable and enjoyable. Looking back, I do have one regret: not taking before and after photos to showcase the remarkable transformation. But that only speaks to the fact that the results were so incredible that I couldn't believe my own eyes! Nirvana Head Spa truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't recommend them enough for their friendly service, clear communication, and outstanding skin tag removal services. I’ll be back for one more removal service and maybe try a massage!

If you value customer service, Skip this place. If you value honesty, skip this place. I was gifted a Groupon for a couples massage from this place. We called to schedule an appointment, and told that the first available massage wouldn't be for 3 months. We contacted them later on and were told very rudely by Sharon, that they do not except the couples massage Groupon. Now I don't get a massage, and I have to deal with getting a refund. When I search yelp reviews, there are a stack of recent reviews from people who have experienced the exact same thing as my wife and I. Horrible experience.
