I had the absolute best experience with Alfonso Jr. and the entire staff at New Century Tires. From the moment I walked in, they were so welcoming, genuine, and honest. After dealing with so many untrustworthy mechanic shops and wasting money only to have the same problems, I finally feel like I’ve found a place I can trust. New Century Tires made me feel safe on the road again. The salesman went above and beyond, helping me save money while thoroughly explaining what my car needed. I left with peace of mind, knowing I was in good hands.
I was referred by my brother in law to New Century and had the pleasure of meeting/working with Jr. He took the time to completely check my car to find out what was wrong with it. Even better, he took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why. My previous mechanic said I needed much more than what was actually needed. No price gouging and I left there feeling safe in my car. Would 100% refer anyone to bring their car to Jr at New Century Tire.
I had a flat tire I took to this place and they fixed it. They found a nail in my tire. The next day the tire was flat again. I called them and they told me to come in. I went in and there was a screw in my tire this time. They did not charge me, they fixed it for free. This place is the best, the technicians are the best! I recommend anyone to go to this establishment. Great business!
They were very professional. As soon as I arrive to the front counter and told The front sales manager of my situation. That I had a screw in my truck tire. They got right on it and within a 1/2 hour. I was back on the road again. I recommend new century tire For all your tire needs.
