I have been coming to this optometry office for years and I’m so appreciative of Dr. Nguyen’s thoroughness and kindness. She always has trial contacts for me even though my prescription is super high. She always educates me on what to look out for and answers all my questions: I cannot recommend her enough!
Terrible, I wish I could change my two stars to one stars. So hears another one. Taha. They tried charging me for extra after they took my insurance money for my glasses. The glasses had been over $200 and they said they needed extra money because they made a mistake. The office had left nothing but for me to pay for their mistake. Come on "doctor". taaha
Dr. Tong and her staffs are awesome! They're knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating! We live in SD now but still will go to get our eyes exams with Dr. Tong. Always satisfied with the selections of eyewear, services, and purchases. They were able to take care of our frames adjustments and even replaced and contacted the company when my hubby's new frame breakdown. Till our next appointment...stay healthy!!
Dr. Tong is a great doctor, she took time to exam your eyes and explained in detail. I had come back twice to get new glasses for myself and family. I wished that she has more frames to choose from, also a better crew to take care customer needs. My wife's glasses needed adjustment but her staff can't fix her frame.
The staff and Dr. Tong at Myoptics Optometry are great. They were so helpful today with the eye check-up and assisting me with finding a good pair of eyeglasses. I was very pleased with their professionalism, the time and care that they put in , and the reasonable prices that I paid. After having worn my glasses for several hours, I am very happy that I listened to my friend's recommendation to come here.
