I used to like this place until a recent experience with the front office so I have nothing good to say about them. Housekeeping and maintenance are great. They are all very professional and you can tell that they actually care. The front desk, however are nothing but rude and bitter. This does not include the night staff or a recent male who just began working there. There is one girl who is extremely nice and professional. I believe her name is Christina. The rest all need to go find a job they enjoy. They also need to learn that it’s not ok to talk Spanish to each other in front of someone who you THINK doesn’t understand Spanish. They are rude and they don’t care about any of their guests or children of their guest. They clearly don’t communicate with housekeeping well because they made me leave because they thought housekeeping had not cleaned my room when It actually had been cleaned. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
Housekeeping here is excellent! The staff is so very friendly and attentive. Sometimes I don’t even have to ask for fresh towels or supplies and they just come by to offer. This really makes the stay and experience so pleasant. This is definitely my go to location.
3/14/2026 Came here in need of temporary shelter whilst my mother's house was being fumigated. With some shopping around, we were able to find this one was most inexpensive. Room was nice clean and looking recently improved. Very useful power USB inputs available on the wall near the beds, "nice!" to me at least,.. Perhaps I don't stay in hotels often, but it was a nice luxury to see. Bathroom was clean general room was clean and nice! Staff were very helpful. Customer service is very efficient and personal. I truly thought the staff was very kind even the management until I made a review on the walls being paper thin, and I was able to hear the neighbor having very agressive sex. It was not the neighbors fault the walls are thin. However, my issue is the manager felt the need to come to me regarding my review of the property (made 3 days ago) saying , "please come to management first before making the review". (Backstory I had cancer so I have chemo brain). When she approached me regarding my review, I didn't remember but I did remember calling the office at 3 in the morning about the disturbance. Which means I did reach out before I made my review. Now when I was trying to explain to her about my memory and why I made the review, this woman was so dismissive and she cut me off and acted like she had something more important to do. Before I left that office I told her, her actions deserve a one star. I am a paying customer well with in my right to express myself as long as I am not disrespectful or belligerent. And when paying money I expect EXCELLENT customer service and from this manager, her actions /alone is causing another one star review. Housekeeping was kind and professional, the desk people were kind and attentive and even maintainance was kind. THIS MANAGER AND HER ACTIONS ALONE cause this property 2 1 star reviews. Now I do not know this lady's name HOWEVER it was NOT the manager named Diane. It was the other female manager that worked on12/29/25 at 11:30 AM.
Do NOT pass this place up! I wasnt sure what to expect after a bad experience at another place up the road but this place made up for what the other didn't provide. Our room was clean, BIG and quiet ! The staff was friendly and patient and explained everything perfectly. I would recommend this location to everyone looking for a great budget friendly option. They take pride in their business and it shows !
