STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL 6 BED BUG INN. stayed here one night woke up to my hand completely red and swollen, looked around FOUND the bed bug. I'm having an extreme allergic reaction to these bites I called the office to inform them and they made it sound like I could have brought a bug with me instead hahaha such a weird accusation so I called costumer service and the lady was 10000x more helpful. 0 stars, the place is spooky the cops were out front of our room searching through someone's belongings all night long, employees are weird and don't forget the BED BUGS (ROOM 131) and don't take it up with the front desk, they will blame you. Call 1800 customer service # for real help.
I noticed some reviewers should write a book instead of a review, and vent their frustrations before going to a hotel, but I had no issues here. the place was very clean, quiet and nice ambience. great deal for the money.
To the owner: I recently stayed at Motel 6 Westminster North and had a terrible experience. The staff at the front desk displayed unprofessional and rude behavior, which reflects poorly on your establishment and will undoubtedly discourage customers from returning. While it may seem cost-effective to hire lower-paid workers, their poor attitudes can significantly harm your reputation and revenue. I strongly urge you to reconsider your hiring practices and prioritize customer service to prevent further damage to your business.
I needed to pick a place last minute and considering this accommodation didn’t have horrible reviews like others, I decided to give it a try. It’s very pricey while you don’t have anything. Not even poor coffee and the rooms do not have toiletries. It doesn’t make sense. I traveled to many countries and this never happened to me. Also the staff is being loud in the morning. Also if people hang out in the pool and talk, the whole building can hear it. I would expect more from this place. At least the rooms were clean and they allow pets which is a plus.
The staff and Housekeeping is amazing here, they are super friendly. Thebeds are very big and comfortable, Nice rooms. Peaceful stay here and I recommend this location to everyone. Nice place for your pets , very calm area. Everyone is very friendly and amazing here, if you need towels, cups, soap they will provide.
