I found this place on Groupon. I saw great reviews and I wanted to try it myself. I went there and I had my facial done by Kate. She had some great healing hands. The spa was nice and clean and Plenty of parking too, I really loved the facial and the way my face felt afterwards if you’re in the area, you should book your next appointment. I can’t wait to visit next time. Thank you, Kate.

This spa was by far the most unprofessional place I’ve ever experienced. They don’t take appointments seriously and cancel them last minute. They sell their services in packages with multiple visits, but once they get paid at the first service, they take the rest of the appointments like they’re no value. Their facial was bare minimum and didn’t have any selling point. They clock in and clock out for the session and have no interest in getting to know you or what you want to achieve in your skincare. I found another spa that deeply cares for the customer. Don’t settle for less. I’d rather pay a little more for full attention and personal care.
Clean, 2-story Garden Grove, CA facility, separate parking lot right at the entrance. Very personable, knowledgeable staff, no service-upgrade pressure (phone and in-person). Second time with Jason, who is very skilled at his profession, easy/comfortable to communicate/consult with, has a great sense of humor and clearly likes people and his work. Ask about specials. I travel to this location vs a nearer one for the great staff and service. Close to varied shopping and local ethnic restaurants, do you can make a full day of your visit. Who doesn't want that?!
