This spa was by far the most unprofessional place I’ve ever experienced. They don’t take appointments seriously and cancel them last minute. They sell their services in packages with multiple visits, but once they get paid at the first service, they take the rest of the appointments like they’re no value. Their facial was bare minimum and didn’t have any selling point. They clock in and clock out for the session and have no interest in getting to know you or what you want to achieve in your skincare. I found another spa that deeply cares for the customer. Don’t settle for less. I’d rather pay a little more for full attention and personal care.

Visited because I saw my friend’s skin transformed after 6 genesis treatments here. Love the result. It removed small hair on my face and tighten pores and my skin is softer and smoother after 2-3 days of down time which my skin was a bit irritated and I had 6 small itchy spots. My friend told me it is normal reaction and she also went through that before it showed the good effect. I recommend to receive the treatment at least 1 week before any special events or dates 😊

I was so excited for this appointment because I’m a college student and I have acne prone skin and was saving up for this service. I booked a hydradermabrasion with deep cleansing but I was very disappointed. I got to my appointment and wasn’t serviced until 15 minutes after I arrived (which I don’t mind waiting) however my issue was that my entire service was rushed and I didn’t get the experience that was promised. I felt like I got the bare minimum of each part of the service especially with the hydradermabrasion. I felt like there were parts of my face that weren’t even touched. The service is supposed to be 60 minutes but everything ended way earlier. When I checked the clock after changing and stepping out of the room I saw that I was supposed to be serviced for almost 15 minutes longer. Though the esthetician was kind and sweet, I didn’t get the service I had paid for. Overall I was super disappointed

Oh my gosh!! I cannot believe the transformation! I haven’t looked this young since I was born. I’ve been looking for someone that would be able to do this for me and it finally happened. This has really turned back time and I can’t wait to live my life young again. I feel like a new man again. Thanks to the whole team at Mirako for supporting me through this life changing experience. These before and after pictures are crazy to look back at how old I looked before
