Megan and Kathy were awesome. It was my daughter's first ear piercing experience and they couldn't be more professional and caring. We braved the rain today and just walked in the store. They greeted us and after my daughter chose her earrings, they took care of her like she was their own child. The earrings (both ear lobes) look great!! Really appreciate the experience today ladies. We can't wait to come back and see ya soon!
I've been going to this store for 46 years and I love it. I get treated like family there. Kathy, the new owner is so kind and friendly, and she is currently working hard from home due to the pandemic. She will take phone orders and mail it to you. I started using Merle Norman as a young woman. I had some skin issues, but I found this was the one product that fixed them all. People are constantly telling me I look so much younger than I am! Great product line!
I've gotten both of my daughters ears pierced here. One at 6 months old and the other at 5 years and it was a great experience for both of them. Very hassle free. They also offered me a free facial or makeover for spending $50. I took them up on it for the following weekend. The facial was ok. They aren't really set up for spa services, but the products are good and the girls put effort into their work. You can tell they really stand behind both the makeup and the products. They gave me a stellar makeover and with purchase of two products they sent me home with a free skintelligent gift. I'm looking forward to trying that out and will be back for future makeup needs.
